Administrative Assistant

BASIC PURPOSE:

Under the direct supervision of the Vice President/Regional Manager/District Manager/Department Head, this position provides administrative support to one or more managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Provides administrative support to manager(s). This includes: handling customer service calls (internal and external), compiling information/creating spreadsheets for supervisor review, uploading information on company’s intranet site for policy changes/updates, copying and filing.

2. Manages manager(s)’ calendars and independently schedules appointments as needed.

3. Provides support/direction to on-site staff in need of assistance when manager is not available (if applicable).

4. Forwards multiple monthly financial statements and all corresponding reports to applicable staff and management.

5. Pulls reports for cost analysis, financial review, and budget planning.

6. Maintains Excel spreadsheets for manager/site use.
