Maintenance Tech

Seeking full time, experienced Maintenance Tech to provide a variety of maintenance services for our properties under management.  Our portfolio includes apartment buildings, office buildings and neighborhood shopping centers and this person will rotate as assigned. 

This person will perform a variety of maintenance tasks including handling daily work orders and turnover maintenance in units.  Participation in an after hours on-call rotation that is required.

Employee must provide own work vehicle (a truck with room to transport maintenance items safely).  Mileage will be reimbursed per mileage rate set by the IRS.

Qualifications

General skills in electrical work, plumbing work, appliance repair, general carpentry, key and lock work, painting and general maintenance "know-how" needed.   Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods a must.  Good people skills with an ability to communicate professionally with all levels, work autonomously, stay organized and be detail oriented with a good ability for follow up.
