Quiet Daly City property seeking full-time Maintenance Technician

Seeking pleasant and experienced full-time maintenance technician to join our property team in Daly City (1/2 block from Bart).  Bright, clean, 85-unit property was completely remodeled in 2009.  

Maintenance technician is responsible for:

• Apartment turnover work
• Tenant service requests
• Maintaining inventory
• Maintaining the maintenance shop
• Strong organizational skills
• Providing a clean and trash-free property (there is also a professional cleaning service)
• After-hour emergencies, as needed (there is a rotating schedule for how this is handled)
• Excellent customer service

Potential to live onsite as part of the compensation package. Please note it is not a requirement to live onsite.  Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits available.
