Project Manager (Construction)

Menomonee Falls, WI

We're looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated Construction professionals as a Project Manager (Construction) at our home office.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare conceptual estimate for buildings, site work and off-site construction requirements
  • Maintain current pricing information
  • Be responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of the construction projects to meet time and cost objectives.
  • Develop and train subordinate construction personnel
  • Interview civil engineers, architects, site contractors, and general contractors.
  • Work with a variety of internal and external sources and clients to ensure that projects are completed according to plans.
  • Provide overall support to the construction and development efforts, including travel to various project site locations.

What we need:

  • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous experience in Construction Project Management required; experience in Multifamily Construction preferred
  • An unmatched work ethic, strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Exercise good judgment and discretion when setting priorities and coping with competing demands
  • An ability to quickly ramp up on company software and systems
  • Demonstrated skill or talent in the following: estimating, scheduling, budgeting/cost control, field supervision, financial reporting, client relationships, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, written and oral communication.
