Human Resources Generalist

Seeking a talented and dedicated Human Resources Generalist!

Continental Properties Company, Inc. is looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Human Resources Generalist at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

This position works closely with the Human Resources team and management to facilitate a wide variety of activities associated with performance and talent management, employee engagement and retention, employee training and development, and on-boarding. The position will have the opportunity to help build and shape Continental’s employee training and development programs.

What you will do:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and employee development, including new hire onboarding.
  • Coach and counsel managers on employee development and performance improvement efforts.
  • Management of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Support all performance and talent management efforts.

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. Major in Human Resources, Business, or Management preferred.
  • Three years of relevant experience required.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification desired.
  • Experience with performance management, training and development methodologies, and exemplary relationship building skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter with the ability to set and manage priorities.
  • A customer service mindset, attention to detail, and good decision making skills.
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality on all job-related matters.
