Maintenance person wanted for beautiful 64 unit apartment complex in Mission Viejo.

Full time position with salary and benefits.  Experience with day to day apartment maintenance a must.

Responsibilities include completion of work orders, plumbing, minor electrical, cleaning common areas and grounds, and preparation of apartment turnovers.  Must have valid driver’s license and pass criminal background check.
