Responsibilities

This position will be based at one of our Regional Offices (Bellevue, San Mateo, Woodland Hills, Irvine or San Diego) depending on location of final candidate. 

The Learning & Development Specialist performs various functions that support the company's learning programs.

Specific duties include:

• Assist in maintaining learner data and records in the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
• Add courses to the Learning catalogue and assign courses to learners
• Answer questions from learners and resolve help tickets
• Coordinate classroom schedules with vendors and internal facilitators. Reserve rooms and supplies as needed
• Develop learning support assets, including job aids & eLearning assets

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• 1-3 years' experience working with sophisticated database systems is required. This would include data input, management, and reporting. Experience with learning management systems is a preferred, but not required.  We will provide training.
• 1-3 years' experience working with internal communications, including newsletters, presentations, updates etc. is required.
• Prior experience with eLearning development is helpful, but not required. We will train using our eLearning tools.
