Responsibilities
This position will be instrumental in assisting the Acquisitions and Dispositions executives in organizing and tracking transactional details across the west coast and will enable the team to create strategic initiatives that will best benefit the Company.
Responsibilities include:
- Track all marketed and closed Acquisitions and Development deals throughout all West Coast markets, maintaining a thorough database with all necessary information.
- Organize the entire process of multifamily dispositions, from the compilation of data sets to broker communications through due diligence and closing
- Create financial reports for potential buyers using YARDI and Yieldstar
- Track information flow between buyer, seller and broker
- Create and/or review broker presentation packages and offering memoranda
- Organize all due diligence information, which will include reviewing historical operating data and property information to ensure consistency
- Some administrative work for Dispositions and Acquisitions staff required, including organization of meetings, travel, calls, files, etc.
Requirements
A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required.
Qualifications
- 4 Year College Degree preferred
- Some financial analysis capability.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
