Senior Director, Employee Relations

Job Description
This position is responsible for leading the development and execution of programs, policies, and processes that ensure the Company’s compliance with EEO, federal and state employment laws. This position will also be responsible for managing the performance review system and process for the entire company.

Education

College degree in business, human resources administration, or related field, and/or equivalent experience is required

Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations to team members, executive and senior managers, and others, and to develop policies, procedures, memos, and other documents used for communicating, training, or implementing planned projects and initiatives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs, internet-based applications, and HR-related systems and applications in order to complete required reports and produce necessary work documents, policies, and other materials.
  • Excellent project management skills in order to develop and execute a project plan from conception through implementation and evaluation, and demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated skills in interpersonal communication to establish and build strategic partnerships and business relationships, manage vendors and service providers, and effectively interact with executives, senior-level management groups, clients, and other team members.
  • Deep knowledge of and proficiency in benefits administration, including ERISA and other legal and regulatory requirements associated with healthcare, 401(k), and other employee benefits programs.
