Today, our combined Pinnacle entities are recognized among the nation’s preferred third-party managers with a portfolio of approximately 165,000 residential units and 2.75 million square feet of commercial assets. Our team member base is strong with 4,100 professionals working on behalf of our owners and their properties in 30 states.

The Campus Recruiter executes the company’s strategy related to the acquisition and onboarding of talent, manages the processes for candidate identification and selection, supports managers in onboarding new hires in accordance with the company’s talent policies and procedures, and completes activities and projects that help achieve the company’s goal of hiring and retaining high caliber talent.
