REGIONAL MANAGER

Sage currently seeks an experienced Regional Property Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota to oversee conventional multifamily properties within the state. The Regional Manager will oversee the operations of all communities in their portfolio including compliance, general administration and maintenance aspects of all properties; to direct and supervise all personnel and resources to ensure that the community is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee newly purchased conventional housing properties
- Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, developing and terminating all on-site personnel 
- Submittal of portfolio monthly financial reports & analysis in an accurate & timely manner 
- Maximize the financial returns from each community while maintaining the integrity of the assets in respective portfolio 
- Thorough review & approval of all reports generated from the communities 
- Ensures compliance with regulatory & funding requirements, contracts & reporting
- Ability to communicate & prioritize capital projects and ongoing maintenance repair programs
- Conduct ongoing file reviews & physical inspections during site visits, and interact with regulatory agencies 

QUALIFICATIONS 
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a regional management capacity overseeing 5-10 properties minimum 1,500 units 
- 3-5 years\' experience in Conventional Housing
- Must be a licensed realtor
- Ability to travel at least 10-20% of time out of state 
- Proven track record in driving financial performance of multiple properties with documented success
- Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and successfully managing budgets within company guidelines
- Previous experience in transition new acquisitions highly preferred 
- Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, equipment failure, emergency situations, etc. 
- Willingness to continue educational/professional growth
