E & S Ring Management is a leading residential property management company located throughout California and Washington. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and work with us at our 690-unit apartment community located in Culver City, CA. As our Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for efficiently performing all general apartment and property maintenance, including apartment turn-over, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, locks, appliances, and life safety equipment. Must be available for weekend work and emergency service all duties. Must have own hand tools.
We need an individual who can work independently in a customer service environment. The right candidate will hit the ground running, and can work well under pressure. Qualified candidates must have 2 years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 3 or more years in related fields.
