Talent Management Coordinator
Irving, TX
The Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for performing tasks in support of various HR related activities internal to the department as well as impacting the successful onboarding of employees within the organization. This role will provide administrative support to the department as needed, may act as a liaison between employees and other HR personnel in obtaining information, as well as the accurate completion and collection of mandated documentation to ensure compliance with government regulated guidelines and timelines.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain data to team members
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management (Yardi or One Site), and database management programs to complete required reports
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- Able to work independently, manage time appropriately and have excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of tasks from inception to completion and demonstrate strong detail orientation and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong customer service orientation
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Minimum 3 years related experience
