Leasing Consultant

Leasing Agent needed for 200+ unit market rate community in the Las Vegas area. Schedule is 40 hours per week: Tuesday -  Saturday. 2 years apartment, sales, and/or marketing experience required. Must be customer service and sales oriented. Knowledge of fair housing practices preferred but not required. Background & Drug Screening Required. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Leasing agent is the community sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, to present professionally the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. Position will also support Community Managers as appropriate and needed.
