E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington. We are currently seeking a hands-on, self-motivated, reliable, and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at our 99 unit and 96 unit apartment community located in Petaluma, CA. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing service requests, troubleshooting and repairing of most major and all minor mechanical systems, oversee apartment turn-over and all other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidate should have a high level of knowledge of plumbing and electrical experience. Must be able to patch, texture and paint. Must be able to receive and act on instructions given orally or in writing. 2 years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 3 or more years in related fields. Have HVAC experience, must have own tools and must be able to function in a customer service environment.
