BASIC PURPOSE:
Perform duties to enforce the pool rules, policies, and regulations for the use and comfort of the residents and their guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Enforce that only authorized residents and residents’ guests may use the pool area by checking their I.D.’s (e.g. amenity passes and property I.D.’s).
2. Enforce the pool rules as stated in the Resident Handbook.
3. Supervise activities in the pool area.
4. Issue reasonable commands or instructions to individuals when necessary.
5. Report any violations of pool rules to Management.
6. Set an example by acting in a professional and proper manner.
7. Ensure guardians are supervising the children in the pool area.
8. Arrange the pool furniture as needed
9. Check the restroom areas for cleanliness and report to Management.
10. Work with Management by enforcing all the above stated rules.
