Job Summary:
Beautiful Renton property is looking for a Full-Time On-site Maintenance person to provide quality maintenance services to the condominium community consisting of 131 units. The Homeowners Association Board is looking for a knowledgeable, competent and caring on-site Maintenance person to manage vendors; facilitate repairs, and other on-site activities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Self-starter, ability to develop monthly schedule and meet deadlines.
- Completes scheduled maintenance and/or submitted work order requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitud
- Has knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, painting, and snow removal (if applicable).
- Maintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep clean, operational, and safe for our residents.
- On call scheduling may be required to respond to after hour emergenci
- Reports any maintenance concerns on properties to the Regional Property Manager.

- Performs duties as assigned, in a timely manne

- Has knowledge and ability to learn and utilize work order software both on a computer and a mobile device. Is responsible for updating and completing work orders in the software as the work is being completed.
- Effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
- Provide current status of projects upon request; maintain solid working knowledge of project status, bids, reported resident concerns, etc.
- Work with the Regional Property Managers to develop bids for large projects, and assist with preparation of annual budget specific to maintenance needs of the property.
