On-Site Maintenance Personel

We are looking for a full-time on-site maintenance worker for our Whittier site. Starting pay depends on experience compensation includes a 2 bedroom apartment and health benefits.

The schedule would be Monday-Friday (weekends off ) 8:00am-4:30pm the applicant selected would also be responsible for the maintenance emergency phone on a daily basis.

We are a non-profit organization that works with transitional aged youth. We are looking for someone patient, attentive, eager to learn, a team player, and a team member that will take ownership of their workmanship and the workmanship of vendors.

Daily Requirements
Handling lock outs and emergency calls
Scheduling and overseeing vendors
Vacant unit turn overs
Conduct move-ins and property tours
Set up and clean up of community events and life skills
General maintenance; plumbing, electrical, and painting, repairs
