E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington. We have an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and work at our at our 328-unit apartment community located in Camarillo, CA. As the Maintenance Tech II you will be responsible for efficiently performing all general apartment and property maintenance and assisting in meeting the property financial and occupancy goals.
 
Qualified candidates must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance including apartment turn-over, plumbing, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools and spas, roofs, and life safety equipment. Must be available for weekend work, emergency service call duties, and must be able to function in a customer service environment.  Must have own hand tools. 
 
2 years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 3 or more years in related fields. Computer skills desired.

Must be able to work weekends
