Busy Los Angeles Property Management Company is seeking to hire a Experienced Full Time Occupancy Compliance Specialist with the following Qualifications for HUD, Tax Credit and Special Needs portfolio in Southern California.
Occupancy and Compliance Specialist
HUD, Tax Credit and Special Needs portfolio in Southern California.
MUST have experience with Project based HUD procedures, Tax Credit programs and tenant recertification procedures
MUST have experience with HCIDLA, HOME, BOND, HCD, Shelter Plus Care, HACLA
Responsible for:
Renewal of HUD contracts and HUD procedures
Review of HUD and Tax Credit Recertifications
Auditing of HUD and Tax Credit tenant files
EIV procedures
HOME and Bond reporting
Urban Future, Inc. (UFI) reporting
HUD contract renewals
Voucher billing and resolving discrepancies
Lease ups and agency interfacing.
Must be self-motivated and have reliable transportation.
