Here is a quick glimpse of your day: tour prospective residents on the property, lease apartments, complete lease packages and paperwork (there is always paperwork!), assist with marketing efforts, maintain resident records, and handle service requests from residents for the maintenance staff. We are currently looking for a Leasing Professional for a 300 unit community in Sacramento.
Requirements:
Customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Previous property management experience is required
Weekend hours are required; work schedule is Sunday - Thursday.
