Onsite Leasing Consultant

Open position for a professional Leasing Consultant. Must have at least 3 years of leasing experience. Will be responsible for answering telephones, setting up leasing appointments, touring prospective residents, assisting with current resident needs, working closely with office and maintenance staff, inputting guest cards, work orders, filing, signing leases with prospects, inputting rents into the system, maintaining model apartments, must work weekends. Bilingual preferred. Yardi and On-site experience a plus. Must live onsite.
