Onsite Property Manager

Seeking an Onsite Property Manager for a 300 unit, section 8 HUD, senior building. Must have knowledge and experience in RealPage/Onsite. Responsible for collection of all rent by close of books and process evictions as required. Prepare, process and sign all waitlist/rental applications, income/asset questionnaires, third party verifications, Tenant Income certification, leases and addendums. Manager must maintain required office hours (8am- 5pm) and be on call for emergencies. Must be knowledgeable about the market, area and city. Must be a leader and take initiative.
