Description:

Real Estate Investment & Property Management Company with over 42 years in business is seeking an energetic, well-rounded individual for its Accounting Department at the Corporate Office located in Long Beach, CA. This is a temporary position of 3-6 months.

Duties and requirements include:

•         Review and process all Property and Corporate Entity invoices.

•         Must have excellent communication, organization skills and attention to detail.

•         Strong overview of Property Management & Real Estate Investment business.

•         Experience with Cash and Accrual basis accounting.

•         Special projects and clerical duties will be assigned as needed.

•         Yardi Voyager software experience preferred, but not required.
