Job Description
Position Summary
Accounting Assistant is responsible for department accounting functions as detailed below.
Position Reports To: Director of Operations – Association Division.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Accounting
- Assists Accountants/Director of Operations with the following processes:
- Bank account maintenance and reconciliation
- General ledger accounts analysis and reconciliation
- Preparation and review of financial statements
- Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable processing
- Processing time sensitive payments including, but not limited to mortgages, insurance, bonds, owner distributions and property taxes
- Processing owner entries, recording ownership transfers, assisting with audits and auditor inquiries
- Performs other duties as assigned

Website houses both our division site and each of our association’s websites.
- Assist owners with online payment inquiries
- Complete On-going Training
Jenark -Software
This software is used for all accounting activity as well as operational functions within the Association Division
- Assist with operations audit/tracking
- Complete On-going Training
