Assistant Community Manager - El Portal
San Pablo, CA
Goldrich Kest has an immediate need for an Assistant Community Manager for our apartment community. The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for assisting with daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare lease documents and related paperwork, updating records as necessary
- Handle all administrative duties
- Adhere to fair housing laws
- Coordinate maintenance of property with appropriate support to keep project quality at IAC standards
- Thorough inspections and follow-through, striving to maintain and improve the community
- Assist the Community Manager and Regional Manager as needed in long-range planning
- Excellent customer relations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years or Residential Living experience required
- HUD experience is highly desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- General office, sales, and customer service skills
- Excellent customer service skills
