Goldrich Kest has an immediate need for a Porter for our Apartment community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and tidy the property including all janitorial/ grounds keeper duties
- Cleaning of all interior hallways, common areas and some exterior of the property
- Perform scheduled daily janitorial/ grounds keeper tasks and additional cleaning jobs as necessary
- Routinely shampoo common area carpets and buff floors
- Ability to work well with staff, visitors and residents
- Self-motivated, efficient and able to adapt to a variety of cleaning situations as they arise
- Take pride in clean areas
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year necessary for a similar type of janitorial experience
- Must have basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and how to clean different areas
- Must have a high school education or equivalent thereof
- Must be organized, dependable cooperative, and possess good standards of cleanliness and order
