E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California. We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Tech to work at our 966 unit apartment community in Marina del Rey, CA. As the Maintenance Tech you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds and commons areas, apartment turn-over functions, and general work order maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, water heaters, pool/spa, painting, moving appliances, counter top installations, preparing mini-models, and all other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates must be proficient in basic plumbing, touch-up painting, basic appliance repairs, basic electrical, locks, and basic carpentry. Some basic mechanical aptitude, and understanding of building materials and tools. Must be able to function effectively in a customer service environment. Must be available for weekend work and emergency service call duties. 1 year in apartment maintenance for equivalent field.
