Social Media Reputation Management Associate

The Social Media Reputation Management Associate works with the national and local marketing team members and regional leadership to develop and execute strategic and tactical social media, online reputation, and Craigslist/Online Classified related marketing plans that raise awareness, increase loyalty, and improve our customer’s experience at the individual asset level.
Education
Four year degree in marketing, advertising, or business and/or equivalent experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to communicate with impact and persuasively.
- Proficiency in presentation software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to develop and/or complete required reports, manage communication, and create and edit impactful presentations, proposals, and other collateral materials.
- Strong background and working knowledge of the multi-family real estate industry, specifically in third-party or fee management, and an understanding of marketing relative to day-to-day property operations and portfolio performance preferred.
- Broad knowledge of apartment operations and industry-related marketing concepts and terms in order to read, interpret, and apply market information to understand its impact on occupancy, traffic, retention, pricing, and revenue.
- Demonstrates skills in using the internet for marketing and product advertising, and proficiency in navigating websites, specifically social networking sites, and internet communication tools such as e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other internet tools.
- Ability to gather and analyze portfolio and asset performance information, marketing performance metrics, in order to identify trends, anticipate the impact on the portfolio, individual properties, and new business development strategies, and formulate appropriate action plans.
- Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of a marketing or administrative background sufficient to coordinate and support company-wide marketing and advertising initiatives and programs.
