Renovation Technician - Alcove - TEMPORARY

Job Description
We are seeking an Apartment Renovations Technician - FULL TIME TEMPORARY to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. May be required to hold various certifications (e.g. HVAC) and licenses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education
High School diploma, GED or related experience and/or training.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the renovations, maintenance, and construction with significant experience in renovation-type constructions.
