There is an immediate opening for a full time Property Manager at Las Alturas Apartments. This property is a 78 unit senior apartment community located in Los Angeles, CA.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS & DUTIES:
- Previous Tax Credit (Section 42) and HUD Section 8 Experience
- Previous Property Management Experience
- Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, and maintenance supervision skills.
- Proficient in Initial and Annual Recertification processes.
- Ability to understand Income Statements and Budgets.
- Must take front line responsibility for project operations.
- Superb communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational & strategic planning ability
This is a full-time 40/hrs per week position, plus benefits. Salary depends on experience.
