Leasing Consultant

Far West Management, a leading property management company located in Irvine, CA is now hiring for an on-site leasing consultant for our 642 unit Aspen Apartment homes near the world-renowned South  Coast Plaza.

The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years' experience  in customer service, sales or leasing. We are searching for an  energetic, results-oriented, intelligent and organized individual. The  successful candidate will be a team player who can bring the utmost  customer service to our residents.

Compensation is negotiable  based on experience. The position requires candidate to work on weekends. The days off are Wednesday and Thursday.

The position offers a base salary, free 1 bedroom apartment, rental bonuses, super occupancy bonus and quarterly team bonus.

Job Description:

Answer phone and greet both current and prospective residents.

Qualify prospective residents and complete required paperwork.

Assist current residents with service requests and other concerns in a professional and helpful manner.

Follow up with prospective residents.

Tour prospective residents by showing all amenities of the community and the apartment homes.

Lease apartment homes and enter information into computer.

Conduct move-in inspections  and prepare leases.

Summary of Benefits:

8.5 paid holidays per year

3 weeks of paid vacation per year, earned at 10 hours per month after  first 90 days of employment. Rate increases to 4 weeks after 7 years.

Profit sharing plan (company contribution = 15% of gross pay, vesting starts in 2 years, 100% vested in 6 years).
