Leasing Consultant

LEASING CONSULTANT JOB DUTIES: -Strong leasing and marketing efforts -Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins -Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI) -Provide excellent customer service to residents

-Post ads on social media platforms -Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Minimum two years of leasing experience at 200 units or more

-Weekend hours are required -Knowledge of Fair Housing laws -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Must be organized and possess strong computer skills

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: -High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline

COMPENSATION: -Salary Range $14.00-$16.00 per hour DOE plus LEASING BONUS!
