Maintenance Supervisor

Large Property Management company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance duties at a property located in Ontario Ca. Candidates must have experience in: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, looking to work in a team oriented environment, and are willing to go the extra mile for our residents. Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC certification preferred
• Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation
• Must have a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
