E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California, Vancouver WA, and Portland OR. We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, customer service, sales oriented individual to join our team and work with us at our 93-unit apartment community located in Tustin.
We need an individual who is motivated to work, has excellent organizational skills, an outgoing personality, sales experience, and one who can multi-task. Qualified candidates must have proficient computer skills including word processing and typing 40 wpm, strong communication skills, possess excellent customer service skills, and one year of direct sales or apartment industry experience. Must be able to work weekends.
As our Resident Services Specialist you will be responsible for customer service, resident retention, leasing apartments, completing leasing paperwork, answering phones, conducting market surveys, and taking maintenance requests.
Satisfactory hair follicle drug test and background check required.
