QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform continual informal inspections of the property to ensure it is properly maintained and that the environment is safe and attractive.

• Daily Inspections of exterior and interior common areas of the property.

• Review completed and outstanding work orders on a daily basis. Ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.

• Make ready of vacant units; must be able to perform a variety of repairs including: painting, drywall repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and other repairs involved in an apartment turn.

This is a full-time position.

All employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug test.
