Maintenance Technician

Berkley Management currently has a part-time maintenance position available at a 60 unit apartment complex in Davis. A qualified candidate must have an intermediate working knowledge of the following maintenance areas:

-Plumbing

-Painting

-Electrical

-Appliance Repair

-Door, Window and other light carpentry

Candidate must also have a valid CA driver's license. An interested and qualified person must submit a resume through the Apartmentjobs.com application process. Once it is determined, by Berkley Management, that a candidate has the experience commensurate with the position, an interview will be scheduled.
