Homeowners Association Manager

Inland Empire-based property management firm is seeking a full-time portfolio Association Manager. We are seeking someone hardworking, talented and customer service oriented.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Experience in the association management industry
• Energetic self-starter
• Well organized
• Efficient and articulate
• Highly customer-service oriented
• Strong writing and communication skills
• CACM designation and experience with Jenark or similar property management software is preferred, but not required

Able to work well with others.

The Association Manager will be responsible for handling all aspects of association management for a growing portfolio of properties, including but not limited to:

• Attending and conducting board meetings
• Drafting board meeting minutes and preparing management reports
• Creating and overseeing action items
• Periodic property inspections
• Assistance with violation enforcement
• Board member and homeowner communication
• Vendor management and after-hours emergency assistance

Qualified candidates should have an understanding of association management practices, including comprehension of governing documents, including CC&Rs, Bylaws and Rules and regulations, Federal laws and California state laws applicable to the management of common interest communities, facilities management, and safety practices.
