*MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN CAREER POSITION*

LRS Realty and Management,Inc. is a full service management company. We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals who have the knowledge of and ability to do maintenance work.
Our Maintenance Technician's are responsible for performing a multitude of tasks including maintenance, cleaning, painting, carpentry, plumbing,electrical, and other duties, as assigned. Ideal applicants will have previous general maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Please note that this position requires weekend working hours. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work,operating power tools and be HVAC experience.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma preferred
- 2+ years experience in property management- preferred; but not required
-HVAC certified preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures
- Basic craftsmen certifications required for carpentry, plumbing and electrical duties (electrical trouble shooting preferred)
- Obtain your own tools
Abilities: -Clear, concise verbal and written communication
-Demonstrate customer- service orientation
-Strong attention to detail
-Good organization and time management skills
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-Must carry/lift loads of over 75 lbs
