Full Time Floater / Property Manager (Los Angeles)

Property Management firm is looking for an experienced Property Manager. Candidate must have HUD experience to include a background in project based Section 8 housing or Tax Credit, possess the ability to work independently, be highly organized and able to supervise the daily operation of multi-site communities.

The qualified candidate's duties will include annual recertification's, EIV discrepancies, maintaining occupancy levels, collection of rent, resident relations, monitor quality control related to unit turnovers, market vacant units and qualify prospective applicants.

The position would require the responsibility of meeting the financial goals of the property, overseeing the scheduling of the maintenance staff and the completion of work orders, problem solving, and addressing the concerns of current and prospective residents along with maintaining a professional, upbeat attitude.

Qualified candidates must be bi-lingual in English / Spanish, have Section 8 or Tax Credit background, knowledge of property management software - specifically Yardi and successfully pass our application screening process prior to employment.
