Property Manager

There is an opening for a Property Manager at The Ardmore Apartments, in Los Angeles, CA.

The qualifications preferred are as follows:

• Previous Tax-Credit/HUD/property management experience
• Marketing, occupancy, tenant relations, financial management and maintenance supervision skills
• Ability to assume front line responsibilities for project operations
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and strategic planning ability
• Experience with OneSite a plus
• Speaks Korean a plus, but not required
• Residing on-site is a requirement and a 2 bedroom unit is provided
