E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California. We are currently seeking a dynamic customer service / leasing consultant that is a sales oriented individual for our 144-unit and a 51-unit (totaling 195 units) apartment community located in charming Pleasanton, California. If you are motivated, have an outgoing personality, and excellent organization skills, then we want to hear from you! The Resident Services Specialist is responsible for leasing apartments, maintaining occupancy goals by generating traffic, securing appointments and maximizing rentals, completing leasing paperwork, answering phones, conducting market surveys, taking maintenance requests, and all other areas of resident retention and customer service.
Qualified candidates must have sales experience, computer skills, excellent communication skills, and one year of direct customer service. Prior apartment leasing and YARDI experience is a PLUS!
