E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington. We are currently seeking a hands-on, self-motivated, reliable, and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team and work with us at our 400-unit apartment community located in Camarillo, CA. The Maintenance Service Manager is a hands-on position and is responsible for all physical operations of the apartment community.
Qualified candidates must have 2 years supervisory experience and must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools and spas, roof and life safety equipment. Must be able to function in a customer service environment, train and develop team members, proficient computer skills, and have own hand tools. Minimum 4 years in apartment maintenance or 5 years equivalent experience.
