E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington.  We have an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, reliable and experienced Maintenance Service Manager to join our team and work with us at our 124-unit apartment community located in Seattle, WA.  We are seeking a highly qualified and professional individual with excellent leadership skills who also who also demonstrates the required maintenance skill sets outlined for this position.
 
The Maintenance Service Manager is a hands-on position.  You will be responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspect of the property, meeting company standards, managing and responding to resident maintenance issues and repairs, scheduling, and monitoring and performing preventative maintenance.  You will prepare and maintain budgets, prepare and submit invoices, and ensure expense control when placing orders.  Must be able to multi-task, manage time effectively and cope with change.
 
3 years direct experience in apartment maintenance or 4 or more years in related fields.  Must have supervisory experience or have taken leadership position.  Proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, roof and life safety equipment.  Some computer skills in a Windows based environment.  Must have own hand tools.
