Apartment Manager

Highland Orchard Apartments has an immediate need for an experienced Apartment Manager who is well versed in Apartment Management and Fair Housing regulations. Selected individual will manage a 104 unit Family Community located in Placentia and will ensure compliance with all fair housing requirements, provide outstanding resident relations and ensure 100% occupancy.

There are no Rent Collections, Deposits and Data Entry duties!!!

This is an On-Site Full-time position with a salary range of $33,500 - $42,000.   Compensation includes an Apartment, paid Utilities and Full Benefits! 

Qualifications

Must have a minimum of three (3) years property management experience; some of which has been in a management capacity. Selected individual will be proficient in apartment management and possess outstanding management, administrative, follow-through, leadership, sales and communication skills. Must have the ability to identify and resolve matters in a timely manner and manage difficult situations effectively. Must obtain a Real Estate License within one year from hire date.

Education

High School Diploma or GED. Fair Housing Training Sales/Marketing/Leasing Training Sexual Harassment and Management Training
