Regional Maintenance Manager

We are currently seeking Regional Maintenance Manager who is hands on for our Sacramento Portfolio. Our team is energetic and upbeat and has a CAN DO attitude that is contagious. We are looking for a superstar Maintenance Manager with advanced experience in electrical, plumbing, apartment turns, etc. The position is a support role to apartment managers and maintenance team in the Sacramento region. The role will be to coordinate, report, and track maintenance work as well as assist completing work orders and upgrading apartments. The candidate will be need to be available to support on weekend maintenance emergency calls when needed, assist in identifying problems, coordinating solutions, and may ultimately result in a physical need for response in early mornings or late nights. A working knowledge of word, and excel is a minimum.

Responsibilities and Duties

This responsibility is shared with a team but will require a basic working knowledge of all trades: roofing, masonry, electrical, woodwork, asphalt, paint, stucco, HVAC, plumbing etc. This position offers significant opportunity for growth.
