E & S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located throughout California and Washington. We are currently seeking a hands-on, self-motivated, reliable, and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at our 195 unit apartment community located in Petaluma, CA. The Maintenance Service Manager is a hands-on position, Must be computer literate & or trainable on Yardi software. Have maintenance and supervisor experience in the following areas: Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Refurbishing, Cleaning, HVAC, and Appliance Repairs. And all areas of property management. Must have skills in organization and project planning, great time management, and ability to maintain composure in high pressure situations. Must have reliable means transportation to and from work, during regularly scheduled hours, and on emergency basis. Safety is job one and understand OHSA laws and regulations, Must be able to lift 50 pounds during the normal course of duties, climbing and walking is a requirement. Strong communication skills and really enjoy working with others. On Call duties will be required
 
Qualified candidates must have 2 years supervisory experience and must be proficient in most areas of apartment maintenance to include plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools and spas, roof and life safety equipment.  Must be able to function in a customer service environment, train and develop the team, posses computer skills and own hand tools. Minimum 4 years in apartment maintenance or 5 years equivalent experience, such as hands on construction management, technical maintenance related services etc.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm
