We are currently looking for a full time Maintenance Technician for a 160 unit community in Sacramento, CA.

Salary: $15.00 per hour

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC certification preferred
• Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation
• Must have a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
