We are currently seeking an exceptional leasing consultant / customer service oriented individual to work at our 124 unit apartment community located in Seattle, WA. As the Resident Services Specialist you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling maintenance requests, participating and helping with resident activities, assisting with lease renewal programs, you will be responsible generating traffic, securing appointments, participant in the presentation and monitoring of market ready product, leasing apartments, completing leasing paperwork, conducting market surveys, and all other areas of resident retention and customer service. Qualified candidates must have computer skills including word processing and typing 40 wpm, YARDI and Excel knowledge of spreadsheets preferred. Apartment leasing and marketing experience or equivalent desired. Working weekends are a must and previous property management experience is preferred, previous sales is a must.
