Property Management Bookkeeper
San Diego, CA
To assist the accounting department of a property management firm in various functions including but not limited to:
- Open, sort, and scan mail
- Prepare certified mail, including preparation of security deposit dispositions
- Input and process bills
- Make deposits via remote deposit machine
- Retrieve and send utility bills to third part invoice processor
- Work with vendors to get electronic invoices, if applicable
- Communicate with vendor billing inquiries
- Assist in gathering documents for annual audits
- Input 1099 information
- File and retain monthly bank statements
- Record inter-company journal entries
25 hours per week. Monday - Friday but exact schedule is flexible.
